simulator issue

Everytime I try to log in I get the "cannot connect to simulator" error. I've tried multiple viewers, reset my net connection, changed log in locations etc and nothing works. How do I fix this?

You're not the only one, I have the exact same issue, I've also tried everything, including logging from my android, nothing works

Same here.  I deleted all of my notification folders and tried different avatars on differeing sims.  I also did the dns flush but nothing is working.

Seems to be a problem for a lot of people as I am having the same issue. I have tried a different account..different viewers.and nothing is working.

I can't log in either, I hope it get's resolved. I reset everything even the phone sl isn't working lol.

Hey Hey there, log in at this location Hippo Hollow. it will log you in and then tp to where u want to be... 

 

It has something to do with the group tag you have on. Did a bit of research...hope this helps!

It has NOTHING to do with the group tag you have on. There are only two ways to get in world if that is your problem. If you are Premium, you can get Live Chat to eject you from the group. If you're not, you have to get a group owner or someone with group manager authority to eject you. As long a you are in the group, the troublesome tag will keep you from logging in. The problem tonight is a simple unscheduled maintenance.
