When did you sell them? Cashing out to Paypal takes up to 5 (even sometimes 7) business days (Saturdays, Sundays and US holidays not included).

If it has been more than that, call the billing support.

If you simply sold the L$, the US$ should have been credited to the US Dollar balance of your SL account.  See https://secondlife.com/my/account/?lang=en-US, about half way down the page.   

This balance can be used to pay things like tier or for premium membership (or to buy your L$ back at a loss, I guess).

If you want to send the US$ to your PayPal account, you need to go to the Process Credit page at https://secondlife.com/my/lindex/process-credit.php and follow the instructions there.   If you do this, it should take between 3 to 5 working days (that is, not including weekends or US public holidays) for the money to reach your PayPal account.
