Marianne Little
Redgrave has male hair that is like this, not a 100% copy but close. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/products/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&search%5Blayout%5D=gallery&search%5Bcategory_id%5D=17&search%5Bsort%5D=&search%5Bper_page%5D=24&search%5Bkeywords%5D=redgrave&search%5Bprice_low%5D=&search%5Bprice_high%5D=&search%5Bprim_count_low%5D=&search%5Bprim_count_high%5D=&search%5Bcopy_permission%5D=0&search%5Bmodify_permission%5D=0&search%5Btransfer_permission%5D=

Marianne Little
The picture you have, shows a man with a "widow's peak". That is not often used in SL, but we can fix that with a hairbase with that look painted in. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Yasyns-Hairbase-Sand-Dune/2505855 The Redgrave hairs use a hairbase perfectly matched to their hairstyle, but you can layer hairbases. Use a widow's peak hairbase as close to the desired haircolor as you can, then add the Redgrave hairbase, and then wear the prim hair. The only part showing of the first hairbase is the peak. If you are lucky, you can find a close match and it will look natural. Demo first.
