Good luck finding anyone.  That is extremely expensive.  If a tenant uses 937 prims, which is 1/4 of the total prims on a homestead, you are charging $3748 a week which is a bit more than half the total average rent for a homestead and much more than half the total tier if you own the sim as the estate owner. 

I've rented land with that number of prims from a luxury estate with tons of amenities for a 1200L less per week.. That price included use of 100+ sims that were mostly water or estate owned islands for the use of all tenants plus three sims that had no rentals but were ONLY for use of the tenants for socializing, entertainment and a private sandbox

Of course, as the owner or primary renter you can rent it for whatever you chose, but potential tenants would do themselves a favor by being smart and shopping around.
