Support case reply for abandoned land - how long?

Anyone have any experience in opening a support case asking to set abandoned land for sale? Did LL ever reply, and if so, how long did it take?

I've opened support cases for other matters (a deleted account, some weird phantom prims on my land) and both of those were resolved within a few days. I haven't had a reply to this one for a week.

I have had a fair amount of experience for my "age" in sl. Mostly excellent time frames. One time it took around 10 days and when I mentioned this the answer was they try to write back within five working days. This has been my experience to date except the one time. Considering the amount of requests they must have to process, I'd say they are doing quite well. However, if you read my post in this section,  they do not always say "yes".

 

I have rated their service as top notich in the past. Good luck with your land.

Back when I was juggling mainland, I could get abandoned mainland put up for sale in less than 24 hours. The one thing you can count on LL for is being greedy. Usually.

It looks as if my wanted land might go up for auction, it has an auction number. This might explain the lack of reply.
