How do you delete a group

I'm trying to delete a group I own but it just keep saying:-

Unable to leave group.
You cannot leave the group because you are the last owner of the group.
Please assign another member to the owner role first.

But I just want to get rid of it or can I change the name?.

Hi Red, as you've discovered you can't leave the group when you're the very last person.  But, here's how to close the group so it goes away: 

 Set the group to closed so no one else can join it.  Then, with you being the only person in the group, after 48 hours, LL automatically disbands the group.
