Is there a problem....?

Yeah... I've been having a problem viewing my media in-world.   I have done everything I could think of to resolve this problem but nothing has worked.   I've updated my Adobe Flash Player and my Apple Quick Time.  I've purchased new televisions, thinking it may be just the television I had.  Even though they use to work,  but now they keep shutting down.  I get this little box in the middle of the screen and my play button shuts off.  When I click on the camera top right in my viewer screen (Firestorm) the picture just turns white and no movie shows. The little camera icon in my Firestorm viewer switches back from the two bars which normally indicates your media is playing.  It shows in chat the chosen movie or video is playing but there's nothing on the screen.  I don't know what's wrong with it.  Can someone please help with this .  I'd appreciate any help you can give me.  I did everything according to my knowledge.  Thank you :smileyfrustrated:
