Weird results when baking shadows - blender 2.66a

Hello!

I use Blender 2.66a, and when I bake amb occ to my mesh, it looks like this:

Ambient Occlusion: factor 20 ; Multiply

Gather: Approximate

 

You see how there is some lines near the waist, and the skirt have weird patches all over it. I remember having this problem before, but I can't remember how to fix it.

It looks like most artifacts are at seams in your UV map. I would weld the parts with the arrows.

There also seems to be a gap in the upper left.

I'd move the five verts on the dress and maybe straighten the entire thing a bit. It's hard to see how the UV relates to the model without a wireframe.
