Question

i trired upgrading to premuim account  the credit card page cant be opened i tried firefox and chrome like u suggested but it didnt work ...i then tried on my mobile...the page oppened but there was no submit button at the end of page and it seems am not  the only one having this problem as someone else posted that they r having problems setting their bill confirmation....plz how can this be fixed

p.s. i have a done a purchase 4 days ago

If you didn't delete your information after your last purchase, it should still be there. In that case, all you'd need to do would be upgrade; you wouldn't need to add information.

If you DID delete your information, or you're trying to change the card you used, try calling billing.
