how can i get a gift of L$ to another avatar

To pay L$ to another avatar:

1. If the person is beside you inworld, click on his avatar and choose pay.

2. If he/she is offline,(or online but not near to you) open his profile and click the "pay" button.

3. If this other avatar is one of your alts, proceed as in n°2 above.

It's best to open the profile of the avatar that you want to gift $L to. If you click the person inworld and they're standing near other people, you could accidentally click another person by mistake, and end up gifting THEM the money. In which case, unless they're very nice and give it back when you ask, you're out of luck and money.

Open the profile of the person you want to give the money to, instead, and choose "Pay." It takes a little longer, but it's safer.
