If what you mean is that you bought something, but never got it, contact the seller. It sounds like you may have bought the car on the marketplace, in which case you can find more information, including the seller's name, on the marketplace - My Marketplace, Order History. Contact the seller and explain what happened, including the transaction history, and request that they send it again. You can also submit a support ticket and have LL resend or refund the $L.
