Attempting to pay L to an alt, and it says they've been paid but the balances remain the same.

Question

I'm having issues transferring Lindens as well as paying objects.  I get the "you paid (name) L$___" message, however the balance does not change.  When I try to transfer the L to the other avatar, it doesn't work... the balance stays the same on both avis.  Help!

Go to your dashboard and under "Account" check "Transaction History".  That will tell you if you paid your alts and the amount, when, what sim you were on at the time you paid and tell you your remaining balance in your account.  If the transaction history tells you that you did pay your alts then that's what happened and the balance seen on in-world is not updated yet.  It will update on it's own but to hurry it along you can click on the L$ sign next to the balance to force an update.  If nothing is shown on your history to indicate that you paid your alt, contact billing support.
