Renting land and streaming your own tunes?

I rented a platform and as much as I like the station they have playing, It would be nice to control music even have streaming DJs in my club. How do I mute the land stream in order to stream my own?

You need to join the land group, wear your land group tag, and then (provided the landlord has enabled tenants to do this) you can paste a stream URL into the media tab in your rented parcel. You can also put down a radio, deed it to the land group, and change channels.

If you are just renting a platform and not the land under it, you probably can't change the music stream. The land stream is what everyone on the parcel hears.  So unless the landlord is willing to change it you are out of luck.

If you are renting mainland land and have a platorm over it, see Melita's advice.

If you are renting a land on a private estate and the land tools show you or a group you own as the 'owner' you have the ability to change it using the land tools.  If not then talk to your landlord about it to see what is allowed.
