MattShadowHand Posted March 9, 2013 Share Posted March 9, 2013 Hey everyone I am looking for a general maturity rating full sim or close to open up a (rp) child friendly area with a school/playground/adoption center etc. This would be a non profit location. If the land is flat that would be great.
