Hey folks no fancy bio here, I am selling Saddlemead which currently is my home but am seeing if i can get any offers for it. It is a Mature/Moderate water sim minus a slight mountain with smooth crossovers to surrounding sims allowing good use of the protected oceans. Brilliant land to sail or fly anytime. Hey everyone I am looking for a general maturity rating full sim or close to open up a (rp) child friendly area with a school/playground/adoption center etc. This would be a non profit location. If the land is flat that would be great. I am willing to pay you for the land but can not afford too much. Hey everyone I have most of the sim "Shiradin" for sale. The exact size is 51712m2, it is all besides a tiny bit full water so the opportunities are endless, it is next to a unblocked view. As I control most of shiradin the lag is very low and the neibours do not lag the sim at all. All neibours are interested in selling if you want to try buying up the whole sim. Hey all im in the market for a sim does not need to be a full sim but I really need it to not have a road through the middle as im creating a nature sim, a road at the side is fine though. Hey guys and gals Im looking for a linden water location with some mainland (mountain is fine) to build a pier for a adoption center, games location and other wonderful things for Secondlife users to enjoy, Length is more important than Width for this but some decent width is needed, minamum of 8192 total parcel size please, I am looking to buy and have a acceptable amount of lindens to match most criteria, sim edge so no parcels at the end of where my pier would-be, that would be perfect! yes you have roadside and (sort of) linden waters, the parcels are both on slopes and one the larger plot you do have water access to linden waterway, i recon you could maybe, if advertised well enough be getting around its linden value to 10k for the whole place, others will dissagree with me but thats the value i personally believe.

From my experiences G regions are probably the least valued parcels due to the limitations of the parcels, such as no nudity etc like you can get in Adult regions or in secluded areas Moderate regions, depending on the large size of your parcel your talking about (mixing it with a large parcel), i would guess you could try selling it in the 0.8/m2, but really it depends also on the terrain, how easy linden road access is etc, if you I.M me in world or leave a link to the parcel/s in this post I could give my opinion on what its worth and im sure other's will also :smileyhappy:
