The easiest way is to just buy more land. Find a mainland plot you like inworld that's for sale, and buy it. It'll automatically bump you up into whatever tier bracket you need to be in to hold that amount of land, with all applicable fees.

Please note that if you own a Linden Home, you will not be able to expand more land adjacent to your parcel, as these are randomly attributed. 

However, as Ariel said, you can search for bigger parcels on mainland. Abandoning your Linden home plot will enable you to use your free 512 sqm as a starter; please see this chart about additional land (sizes, prim count and fees):
