Mesh upload problem

Hi :) I am having a problem and though my Avie is new I am not new to SL (don't ask lol) anyway I have added my payment info and taken the mesh upload test and purchased some lindens and my problem is I can upload mesh fine on the main grid but when I want to test my builds on the beta grid I am told I am not certified to upload mesh and it directs me to the mesh upload test, My account info tells me all is fine with the payment info and the test info both in green

any help will be greatly appreciated

If  remember correctly, you need to do the test for each grid.  If you've only done it for the main grid, you'll need to do it again for the beta grid.

If you've already done it for both, you might need to file a support ticket.

Hmmm tried the link it gives me on the mesh upload window from Aditi and it goes to a blank page, never had to file a ticket so how do I do that?

ok 2 things :

- yes you have to do that IP Tutorial again for the Betagrid (Aditi)

- yes that link leads to a blank page. (i reported that on the JIRA bugtracker, and was apparently not the only one)
