cannot remove green glowing orb

I am unsure which of my avatars deposited a green orb(freebie) one Halloween. But now I cannot remove it. Even if I highlight transparent and see it as the red transparent orb, I cannot click on it. It's Phantom. I cannot even identify it or edit it with a click. Every where I click on it, It still clicks past it in another parcel. Someone please help me remove this glowing green orb.

That sounds to me as if it's a static particle.

Quick way to test: turn off particles with  Advanced>Rendering Types>Particles (or Control + Alt + Shift + =).     If it vanishes, you know it's a particle.

If it is, with particles still turned off, go to World>Show>Beacons (Control+Alt+Shft+N) and make sure only Particle Sources is checked.   That should make the emitter prim easy to find.
