I see the particles like a small ball bouncing around with lines crossing through them, but they are moving so fast I am unable to take or even click on the moving target. they are moving too fast.So now what?

I am unsure which of my avatars deposited a green orb(freebie) one Halloween. But now I cannot remove it. Even if I highlight transparent and see it as the red transparent orb, I cannot click on it. It's Phantom. I cannot even identify it or edit it with a click. Every where I click on it, It still clicks past it in another parcel. Someone please help me remove this glowing green orb.
