I can't log in my account

i want to log in my account but i can't, i dont know why, somebody help me plz with some advice... i click on my secondlife viewer, i log in with my name and my password, then it says logging in and i wait for a very long time, and then it says login failed

You're not the first person to have log-in issues today. The grid says there's nothing wrong, but several other people have had issues. Try logging in to another region, like Smith or Pooley. If that doesn't work, take a break and try again later. Check your internet connection, too, just in case. If the connection is unstable, it could certainly cause login problems.
