Blurry Host Tip Board

My profie photo shows on my host tip board and my profile photo is clear so what causes it to be blurry on my host tip board.  I have tried many profile photos but all are blurry.

I've had that problem with profile pic display boards at clubs etc. Mine was often blurred while others weren't. There is a Jira on this issue https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SCR-432?attachmentOrder=desc and you could read this thread also
