I don't quite know what your problem is as Google's translation is somewhat odd. The control panel is meant to open a website where you can change some details in your Linden Home. Use Options > Edit to the right of your post to add additional comments on exactly what it is you are trying to do.

La única seguridad por defecto que incluyen las casas Linden son las que puedes configurar a través de la consola que tienes justo al lado de la puerta.  Al hacerle click se te abre una web con las cosas que pueden ser configuradas, y entre ellas el bloqueo de la puerta.  Para una seguridad más avanzada necesitas otro sistema aparte, hay varios en el Marketplace.

Tienes también la opción de usar el control de accesos que incluye el terreno, en eso las parcelas Linden se comportan como el resto de tierras en Second Life.
