and i wanna try my mesh cloth before i upload it.

I don't know about Open Sim.

Most people I know, use the Preview Grid for testing, Aditi.

Firestorm should work with OpenSim, and I've had good luck with the Imprudence viewer on OSGrid.  I have not tried the Linden Lab viewer with OpenSim...you'd have to try it and see.

I agree with using the Beta grid for your mesh test uploads.  I don't even know if OpenSim supports Mesh!
