That sounds like an alpha sorting problem.  Unless you really need 32-bit textures on your building for some reason, don't use them.  The alpha channel in your textures is interfering with alpha textures in nearby objects.  Learn about handling alpha channels and transparency here >>> http://forums-archive.secondlife.com/109/32/80851/1.html
