We're just residents here, like you.  You'll have to file a support ticket for this.

I should mention in passing that SL's voice morphing uses the same engine found in Morph Vox Plus software by Screaming Bee.  If it was me, I'd buy the Morph Vox software directly instead of paying an ongoing subscription for morphs.
