If I end my premium account would i loose all my land and  houses that i bought?

Yes. You end your premium membership, you lose all your land. Objects including houses and furniture will return into your inventory.

You will have to abandon any mainland that you own, but all the houses you bought will remain in your inventory. The only house you loose when you downgrade to Basic is the Linden house.

You should not lose anything that is in your inventory when you downgrade your account.

You must sell or abandon all mainland and also abandon your Linden house if you have one, and I think also set your tier down to zero if it is above zero on your dashboard web site, before you can downgrade your account. Abandon is an option in the About Land window, when you are standing in your house.

But you do not need a premium account to RENT land from a landlord. So if you are renting land, you can continue to rent land and keep any house you have on rented land. You can rent from any landlord, on either the mainland or a private island. The landlord pays the tier to the Lab. You pay the landlord, usually every week.
