First, check your Account History.  Go to https://secondlife.com/my/account/history.php?lang=en and verify that the payment was made.

If not, contact your credit card company and ask why.  Some companies put a hold on transactions with Linden Lab, because their server is outside the US.

Second, check your $L balance here on this web site, not in world.  The in world balance can be in error sometimes.

If the payment was made, and your $L have not been delivered, then call Billing at one of these numbers.
