Yes.  Some homes are specifically designed to look good on the ground or in the sky, but ANY structure can be used in either location.  The only requirement is that you own or rent the land your home is on (or above) and that (if you have a landlord) your structure meets any restrictions they may have (in the Covenant, for example).
