Looking for Job

I am new to SL. I need a new job. I will work for very little, although i do not have any special skills.

I suggest visiting a few places inworld and searching for employment actively.

Personally, I would visit a few freebie shops, pick up some nice group gifts (you can get some really nice items for free this way), and explore a little. Discover how SL works and pick up the basic knowledge, then look further for employment. What do you like to do? You could become a DJ or a host, explore event planning, become a dancer at a club, learn to build and create things...There are many possibilities once you have the basic knowledge.

 

I would also work a bit on your resume. Even in SL, as with RL, when searching for a job you want to present yourself in the best possible light. Rather than saying "I have no skills," you might say "I have little experience, but I learn quickly." Offering to work for very little might be better phrased as "salary is negotiable."
