I cannot log in

I have checked all my settings and can log in my old avi, but not this one. Please help.

If it's happening to one avatar and not the other, it's possible the group role tag for the avatar who can't log in has been truncated and now has a corrupt character. This bug prevents login.

You need to leave the group involved by getting your old avatar to ask the group owner to eject your new avatar from the group. If you have Premium membership, use Live Chat or submit a ticket explaining the issue.

I'm not saying this is the issue affecting you but it is a known bug.
