were you actually at the house or trying to access data from the website? usually inworld issues, could be caused by todays update, there was some maintenance done (emergency). maybe it will be fixed after tomorrw. however if you keep having these reports, please do as the other poster mentioned and submit a ticket. hopefully you get a response within 3 weeks.

Clicking on the control panel inworld brings up a web page allowing limited changes to the home and only the home owner can use it. It sometimes happens that the control panel fails and it comes up regularly on Answers. Sometimes it will come back, sometimes it won't. Best recourse is to use Live Chat as Premium members are entitled to. One could submit a ticket but that just takes so long and it's not what I suggested as implied in your reply.
