Every time when I go to my premium membership tab it says defunct and I can't buy a membership

 

My first time buying some $Ls in viewer it says you will have to wait 20 minutes then I waited to 20 minutes it didn't come so I waited the next day it still didn't come......So when I went to my account history it says it got failed and decline

I would check to make sure my billing method was still current.
