I'm sorry I can't offer much of help here.

You can try the latest development viewer, which may contain some fixes for known issues: http://automated-builds-secondlife-com.s3.amazonaws.com/hg/repo/integration_viewer-development/latest.html (this link will always lead you to the latest build). Choose the link that says "DARWIN".

Also if this continues, please contact support at http://support.secondlife.com/contact-support
