When you are looking at your profile via https://my.secondlife.com/TheIndoMaster  can you successful depress the Edit Profile button? If no, what is the exact message you are receiving?

If you have successfully accessed your settings page  https://my.secondlife.com/settings/profile then what are the exact messages you are receiving when you Browse for a new picture under the Profile Picture option?
