Job Directory is seeking a Customer Service Representative to respond to all incoming inquiries from clients and vendors. In this Customer Service Representative position, you will be primarily responsible for engaging and securing new business through outbound and inbound sales activity and face to face inquiries. 1+ year experience in an up-selling / cross selling experience business environment required. Customer Service Representative candidates must have a friendly and outgoing professional demeanor.

 

Managing the website is also a task you have to do.

 

First two weeks training.

 

 

Requirements:

- Avatar older than one year;

- At least one year experience in business environment

- 6-10 hours p/w available

- English language

- Client is the king, be professional, social and friendly
