But yet I can use the web skype and msn messanger . Have reloded 3 different viwers and called LL ,for last 3 days they have yet to call me back.And it happen with avination,inworld and island oasis as well,

Skype and MSN Messenger don't demand much from an Internet connection, so you can use them even if you have lousy Internet.  The first thing to suspect is your router.  Try rebooting it.  Unplug it from the power and go out for coffee.  Plug it back in a few minutes later, when it's had a chance to clear its RAM.  That may be all that it takes.  If you have been using wireless, don't, BTW.  That's very often a bad choice for SL residents.  Wireless was never intended to handle SL's demand for a steady, reliable connection, and it's vulnerable to all sorts of interference.  A direct cable connection is a much better idea.
