Wanted Full Region: Sell to me instead of returning to LL

I am interested in purchasing a new region for my estate. The region would need to meet the following requirements:

1. It must be empty, and ready for terraforming.

2. It needs to be fully transfered to me so it can be moved and renamed.

I will negotiate on price but in general I am looking to pay you 100 (to cover the transfer fee), $10 US per day remaining on paid tier (from the day we submit the tickets), plus a negoiated amount so you take a little something away from the deal. I am not going to set an amount here we can talk about it offline, but I am looking to provide a quick sale option for someone that needs to sell rather than return the region to LL.
