Tex Monday
Hey allJust for the hell of it, I went into create a new AV and noticed that SL gives you more options than just creating a human avatar...they have Robots, Vehicles, Vampires and Animals....HOLY CRAP! :matte-motes-sunglasses-1:My question is, when you create one is that how you actually show up in SL? (Yes, I know that sounds stupid...was just wondering). Also, can we older avatars find those skins and shapes? Do they also come with AOs? Would love some of those for myself...or for my "girls"?Thanks....
Theresa Tennyson
Yes, that's how you show up in SL. All the default avatars are availabe to everyone and are in the Library (under "Clothing" if I remember right.) The "human" ones come with skins that can never become "nude." AO's only come with the avatars that need them to work.

I don't ever remember seeing a bus anywhere in my library....
Theresa Tennyson
They're all there in the "Clothing - Initial Outfits" folders. The vehicle avatars are called "vehitars" but their names aren't descriptive. You can also pick them from the "Avatar" menu if your viewer supports it. Tex Monday
Finally had the time to play with some of the new avatars...they're really pretty neat. It doesn't appear as if you need anything special to make them work properly..played with a few of the cars and seems to move pretty smoothly. If you're looking for a change of pace, it's not a bad way to spend some time. Just to let you know....
