We are recruiting for our client Job Directory, are you the Administrative and Office we are looking for?
Job Directory is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to respond to all incoming inquiries from clients and vendors. In this Customer Service Representative position, you will be primarily responsible for engaging and securing new business through outbound and inbound sales activity and face to face inquiries. 1+ year experience in an up-selling / cross selling experience business environment required. Customer Service Representative candidates must have a friendly and outgoing professional demeanor.

Managing the website is also a task you have to do.

First two weeks training.


Requirements:
- Avatar older than one year;
- At least one year experience in business environment
- Mic is a must
- 6-10 hours p/w available
- English language
- Experience with vBulletin is a must
- Client is the king, be professional, social and friendly
