Firestorm phoenix viewer crashes after re-installing it.

I have windows 7 vista. I reinstalled firestorm because, it kept crashing. After reinstalling it worked fine at first, then i crashed once more. Everytime I sign in.  I tried clearing my cache. Still no luck. help?

It's almost impossible to say what's going in without more information. Exactly what error message do you get when you crash?  Do you "crash" before you are logged in, or afterward? If you don't get any message at all, then you're not crashing.  You're disconnecting, which is a very different problem.  In either case, clearing your cache shouldn't make any difference at all.

Click on the Options link in the upper right corner of your question and select EDIT to add information that might help. In addition to telling us about error messages, tell us all about your computer and its graphics card, and how you are connected to the Internet.  Please do NOT start a new thread.
