Can you explain your problem more fully?  I don't understand "internet account list".  To edit your post, click the Options button in the upper right corner and select Edit.

As Lindal said, more information would be useful and I can only make a guess.

If by chance you mean the list of friends on your website Dashboard, note if any have hidden their presence from you inworld so appear offline when actually online, thier names do not appear on your Dashboard list. It's a bug that has been around for ages and I don't think it's ever been fixed.
