My former Landlord (MarlyTomsen) has two interesting plots available in the Junlong region:

1230prims for L$1300 (5376sqm): http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Junlong/153/181/50 (If the rentalbox is not on the property, look in the exchange office in front of the parcel, as I just terminated there (Had to downsize)).

Behind it, there is already a shop, plus just over the eastern region border is an active sandbox and mall. And City17 at the northern border.

Next door is the mall in the Lars Continuum region plus other businesses around, so that area is generally busier.

Landlord service is quick and reliable, group setup is done in less than 12 hours. during US day time mostly in less than 2 hours, I never had to wait longer.
