Help with Shoulder Pets

I wat to start creating shoulder pets, but I'm ot sure how to start. Can ayone suggest a site or tutorial o the process and what all I would need?

If you can build a pet on the ground, just put it on your shoulder.  It's like any other attachment.  The trick, of course, is building a pet on the ground and then animating it.  Unless you plan on making a mesh pet -- a good idea, but challenging if you are a beginner -- create your pet with basic building and texturing methods, as if you were making a coffee pot or a bicycle.  You can almost certainly find tutorial videos on line, but I suggest using your own imagination. (Actually, a pet coffee pot could be interesting. :smileytongue:)  If you want the pet animated, look for a script like Puppeteer.
