How can I tell if my account is in good standing?

This might seem like a dumb question, but my payment for premium and my mainland fees were supposed to come out of my bank account. It was under authorizations. It was there since Friday, and today it has disappeared. It's gone from my bank account and the $49.95 that was the payment is back in my account. Money isn't the issue here, I don't want to lose my account so I pay it every month, have not missed a payment yet. I still have my mainland and I got my 300 lindens today as usual. I tried to call billing and a recording told me to call back in 30 minutes. I called back and it played some hold music and then said "Call completed. Thanks for calling." Not sure how to check this out. Wish they had better support.....
