Anyone know where to get makeup tattoo layers like this?

I'm trying to mod my skin, I've already asked about freckle layers and am very thankful with all the answers I got :)

but now I want to mod my lips, and have found a style I like but they aren't sold seperately, I'd have to buy the whole skin set.

so, I was hoping if any of you could help me find tattoo layers with lips like this:
