Unable to log in

Keep getting a notice  saying ..Unable to log onto a simulator... worked fine last Nite help please...My friend used my computer and was able to log right in with hers???? I dont know why this is ..

Second Life is being quirky with you, Nikki.  Please bring up your log in screen but change the start login location to Furball and hopefully you should get in.

I added her name to my online tracker temporarily, and saw that she successfully logged in some time after I posted on this thread, so I presume this issue only affected her temporarily; I think you are right, it would have been because of rolling restarts perhaps that she could not log in before. It would be nice, though, if the OP returned to let everyone know, wouldn't it?

Wouldn't it just! They leave so quickly. No letters, no phonecalls. No nothing.

I wonder if notifications are sent out after a while to OPs of unanswered questions reminding them to mark questions as answered? I know it was discussed while there were still group meetings being held.

I don't think notifications are sent out, but they really ought to be.
