Not letting me Buy Linden in viewer have been for years Cards are all in good standing

I downgraded this account to a basic one many months ago. It is still Charging me and has actually charged me this last time for a bout 4 months that was behind apparently because I changed Credit cards .It gave me a date for the down grad od 01/01/1970.Duhhhh!!???? that date will never come so Im getting charged over and over..I have invested a lot of time and L$ in this account I don't want to Delete Please help me Nikki G.

Keep getting a notice saying ..Unable to log onto a simulator... worked fine last Nite help please...My friend used my computer and was able to log right in with hers???? I dont know why this is .. Nikki
