(Translation failed: Invalid appId Parameter name: appId)

hello :)

my local chat is giving me the following failed translation message..

 

test (Translation failed: Invalid appId Parameter name: appId)

 

i don't know how to get rid of it! can anyone help please?

lil more info:

- using viewer 3

- not wearing a translater (not that i know of)

- does it when i or someone else says something in local

Go to Me>Preferences>Chat, click the "Translation..." button and uncheck "Enable machine translation while chatting" in the floater that appears.  Click OK, and that should do it.

hello im having trouble with my firestorm viewer its saying Translation failed: Invalid appId Parameter name: appId) and i did what you told they people to do but it didnt work i went to preferences and click chat it  said down the bottom (chat translation setting ) and it comes up with choose tanslation service but i dont know what to do from there could someone help me please

Make sure the top box, "Enable machine translation while chatting," is NOT checked.   Like this:

When I have it, it doesnt translate any language (duh)

So what do we do? Does anyone have a valid APPID?
