Hi, I can't log into my home. I literally JUST paid for premium to have a private home and now I can't even acess it? Please fix this.

There are rolling restarts right now (as every Tuesday) and each sim is being restarted one by one. Yours is maybe down at the moment. You should be able to log in fine to your place when the restarts are completed.

Always have a look on the grid status when you're having such an issue:
