I am very content to rent with them and figured I'd point you towards them. Their mainland rentals are usually 1 Linden per Prim, which is about as cheap as you can get! http://slurl.com/secondlife/Innamincka/23/51/39 This SLURL will lead you right to their hippo vendors where you can see the currently available land and tp right to it.
